Objectives
At
the end
of this theme, you should be able to perform following tasks
in Italian:
Lesson 1
1. Use and understand expressions
frequently employed on the
telephone.
Lesson 2
2. Participate in telephone
conversations involving wrong
numbers.
Lesson 3
3. Make arrangements to have
household utilities connected
at specified times.
Lesson 4
4. Report needed repairs to a
landlord and ask to have them
fixed.
Lesson 5
5. Ask the landlord for permission to
make improvements.
Lesson 6
6. Call various emergency services,
identify yourself and
your location, and state the nature of your problem.
